3-Day Refund Guarantee

You can request a refund or exchange within 3 days of your order being delivered!


Return & Exchange Conditions

Products are eligible for return or exchange only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original packaging and undamaged

  • Items have not been installed

  • All included accessories are intact and nothing is missing

  • The return/exchange request is logged within 3 days of delivery


How to Log a Return or Exchange

Our team will assist you with the return/exchange process.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If you’ve placed an order and wish to cancel or change it, please contact us within 12 hours.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.


Return & Exchange Fees

  • A handling fee may apply to certain items – please confirm this before requesting a return.

  • A 5% refund fee will apply to all orders 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the product was delivered in good condition (i.e., no damages or defects).


Refunds

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the returned items are received at our store and inspected.

  • Courier charges will not be refunded if:

    • The order is returned due to the courier being unable to deliver, and the customer has not:

      • Provided an alternative delivery address, or

      • Arranged for collection from the courier depot

  • Items have been shipped before order is canceled
  • Refunds are also not issued if:

    • You provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

    • The product fails to arrive due to reasons within your control

If your shipping address needs to be changed after placing your order, additional delivery charges may apply.

Insurance Requirement

Please ensure that insurance is added to all items at the time of purchase.
Build It DTM will not be held responsible for any replacements, refunds, or compensation for items that do not have liability coverage.
Protect your purchase by securing the necessary insurance to avoid any potential losses.


Strict 3-Day Claim Period

Exchanges or refunds will only be processed if a claim is submitted within 3 days of delivery.
There will be no form of compensation, refund, or replacement after 3 days under any circumstances.
