Shipping and Delivery

We pride ourselves in getting your order to you in the quickest and most efficient way possible. We know how excited you are!

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs depends on the area the item is being shipped to aswell as size of the item purchased . These rates are calculated via The Courier Guy courier services.

We DO NOT offer free delivery on any items or any amount.

Rates apply to all areas/provinces in South Africa.

In cases where courier guy not being able to deliver the order due to factors such as high risk area, customer will be required to arrange collection at stipulated address by means of ones own expense

Orders made before 13:00 (Monday – Friday) (excluding public holidays) will be shipped the same day or on the next working day.

Orders placed after 13:00 (Monday – Thursday) (excluding public holidays) will be shipped by the following business day.

Orders placed after 13:00 on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Time:

Orders booked with courier takes 5-7 working days to be delivered locally, and 7-10 working days nationally.

Should you require express delivery, please contact us to obtain a delivery charge estimate and to make the necessary arrangements.

Shipping Company & Tracking:

We use DSV for all our shipping requirements. Once you have made your order you will get an automatic confirmation email and once your package has been collected by the courier, we will send you a tracking number so you can count down the arrival minutes of your best purchase to date!

Insurance Requirement

Please ensure that insurance is added to all items at the time of purchase.

Build It DTM will not be held responsible for any replacements, refunds, or compensation for items that do not have liability coverage.

Protect your purchase by securing the necessary insurance to avoid any potential losses.

Collections

Orders placed for collection can only be collected from the next business day.

All in-stock items will be prepared for collection on the next working day once payment has reflected, the invoice has been processed, and the stock has been picked and allocated.

Please ensure that your proof of payment or order confirmation is presented upon collection.

Customers do not need to wait for a “Ready for Collection” email — orders may be collected from the next working day unless we contact you regarding a stock availability issue.

Strict 3-Day Claim Period

Exchanges or refunds will only be processed if a claim is submitted within 3 days of delivery.

There will be no form of compensation, refund, or replacement after 3 days under any circumstances.
