Installation Guidelines

Ensure the GU10 fitting and electrical supply are compatible with the LED downlight before installation.

Switch off the electrical supply before installing or replacing the lamp. Insert the GU10 lamp correctly into the compatible fitting and ensure it is securely locked into position.

Allow sufficient ventilation around the fitting and do not exceed the specifications of the compatible luminaire.

Electrical installations must comply with applicable South African electrical requirements and the manufacturer’s instructions. Where required, electrical work should be performed by an appropriately qualified or registered professional.

Care and Maintenance

Switch off the light and allow it to cool before cleaning or maintenance. Clean using a soft, dry cloth and avoid exposing the electrical components to moisture.

Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals on the lamp or fitting.
